There are many different variants for the definition of a project. For simplicity we state that a project is a temporary organization of people and resources, with the common goal to deliver a unique product.

Unique
A product might be unique for a customer, but that does not mean there is no similar product available with other customers. When creating a unique product it is still efficient to use existing standard parts.

Repeat
Despite the fact that you as customer create a certain product only once, via opensapiens en the open source community you can get in touch with people with experience in that area. This way you can minimize risks and costs.
